What is behind the red door?
The players assume the roles of people, tortured by nightmares.
Freddy Krueger hunts them in their dreams every night, and this is their only chance to strike back.
Why was Nightmare so popular?
Intensely original for its time, A Nightmare on Elm Street throws out the usual trappings of the slasher genre and pits the hapless teenagers against a killer who doesn’t stalk your local forest or abandoned warehouse, but instead stalks your dreams.
In the 80-s a group of teens had almost destroyed Krueger by entering a controlled
lucid dream together, unter a doctor’s supervision. The knew they need to find Freddy’s main
tool of terror – the cursed bladed glove.
Those teenagers failed, but the players can try and finish what they’ve started.
